Fellow Traveller hosted a Story-Rich Showcase that included new release dates and updates for various narrative-driven indie games. The showcase featured more than 20 games and was broadcast on Fellow Traveller's YouTube channel.
Among the games featured, Ambrosia Sky is scheduled to receive its second and final episode as a free update on August 6. This sci-fi game focuses on cleaning up alien fungi. The developer, Soft Rains, announced in March that the game's planned three acts would be reduced to two. When the second act launches, the price of Ambrosia Sky will increase from $14.99 to $24.99.
Citizen Sleeper and Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector will be released on Nintendo Switch 2 on June 25. Owners of the original Switch versions of these games will be able to download the Switch 2 versions at no additional cost. Fellow Traveller has published games including Titanium Court and 1000xResist.
Desktop Explorer, a horror puzzle game set within a Windows-like operating system, will launch on July 17. Demonschool, a tactical RPG developed by Necrosoft, will receive paid downloadable content focused on puzzle battles. These battles require players to clear enemies using specific characters within a single turn. A Switch 2 version of Demonschool is scheduled to launch in 2026, featuring mouse support and an improved frame rate.
Powerhoof, the developer of the retro-styled mystery game The Drifter, is developing a fantasy adventure game titled The Telwynium. Book One of The Telwynium is currently available on Steam and Itch.io. Additionally, The Mermaid Mask, a detective game developed by SFB Games, will launch on July 16. This locked-door mystery game features full voice acting and hand-drawn animations.
No independent assessment of Fellow Traveller’s claims was available.
