NASHVILLE — Construction on the New Nissan Stadium in Nashville is ongoing, with completion scheduled for February 2027. The facility is under development to host Tennessee Titans games, concerts, and Super Bowl LXIV.

Construction crews are currently engaged in framing interior spaces, installing drywall, and laying groundwork for the stadium roof. The new stadium will span nearly 2.1 million square feet.

The design incorporates specific features. Seats within the stadium will be positioned 38 percent closer to the field than in the current facility. The venue will also include frictionless markets, allowing patrons to select items and leave without using traditional checkout lines.

The Tennessee Titans stated the stadium will have more than 40 concessions markets and additional portable food service areas. The venue will also contain 44 escalators and more than 25 patron elevators. Chelsea Lipocky, Head of Stadium and Revenue Strategy, said, "How do you go in, get what you want as quickly as possible, and that's really the thought process we had with a lot of the building."

Lipocky said, "If you're sitting in the lower bowl for a show, but before the opening act you want to check out the terrace on the upper level, you can do that very easily, which is the same sort of thought process we had with the frictionless markets." Super Bowl LXIV is scheduled to take place in Nashville in 2030. Stadium organizers launched an interest form for local food vendors and culinary partners on Wednesday.

No independent assessment of New Nissan Stadium’s claims was available.
