HONOLULU — Nathaniel Radimak was sentenced to seven years in prison in 2026 for a violent road rage attack against a mother and her 18-year-old daughter in Honolulu on May 7, 2025. Radimak, 39, pleaded no contest earlier that year to one count of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and two counts of third-degree assault.
The attack occurred while the teen was parking downtown in Honolulu, according to the Honolulu Police Department. Radimak was driving a 2022 gray Tesla with Oregon license plates at the time. Police arrested him the following day.
During sentencing, Judge Clarissa Malinao said, "His history of violence is propensity for violence, and defendant’s voluntary intoxication and discontinuation of medication increase the risk of his dangerousness to self and to the public. These findings also demonstrate and reinforce that the defendant is indeed a danger to the safety of the public."
Radimak had been released from prison months before the May 2025 attack after serving less than a year of a five-year sentence for violent road rage incidents in Southern California. In 2023, he pleaded guilty in California to assault, vandalism, elder abuse, and making criminal threats. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation stated he received 424 days of credit for time served while awaiting sentencing in that case.
According to verified reports, Radimak was known for driving a Tesla and using a pipe to attack the vehicles of his victims, including multiple women. Before his sentencing in Hawaii, he addressed the court, saying, "I take accountability. I just feel bad about it. It shouldn’t have happened, but I really need a certain kind of treatment that is being prolonged and farther away. It’s not helping me, but I take accountability."
