CHATTANOOGA — Law enforcement agencies in Hamilton County arrested 33 individuals across Chattanooga and surrounding areas on charges including assault, driving under the influence, drug possession, theft, and domestic violence. The arrests were carried out by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, Chattanooga Police Department, and several municipal and state agencies.

Charlie Robinson Beeler, 21, of Apison, was arrested by the Collegedale Police Department. Chadwick Dewayne Byers, 52, of Chattanooga, was taken into custody by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office for theft of property involving merchandise.

Multiple individuals faced charges related to domestic incidents. Lauren Grace Clarke, 29, was arrested for aggravated assault (domestic) and interference with emergency calls. Deashia M. Fitch, 22; Da Kamion Marshun Freeman, 26; Brandon Thaddtous Green, 20; Timothy Allen Hogan, 32; and Paul Michael Luppens, 47, were all arrested for domestic assault. Hogan also faced a child neglect charge.

DUI-related offenses accounted for several arrests. Octavia Cook, 44; Catherine Emily Cornett, 40; Nelson Del Carpio Bautista, 20; Benjamin Daniel Greenwell, 26; Cody Lane Hicks, 21; Darius Deshawn Miller, 30; and Jonathon Mintell Ray, 44, were all charged with driving under the influence, along with additional traffic or alcohol-related violations.

Drug-related charges included David Mason Driscoll, 40, arrested for Schedule I drug violation and possession of drugs for resale; Kevin Lebron Garth, 38, for possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell; and Terry Wayne Hampton, 64, for possession of a controlled substance. James Blake Pallas, 36, faced numerous charges including possession of drugs for resale, driving while in possession of methamphetamine, and multiple traffic and evidence-related offenses. Other arrests included Freddie Febres Santos, 39, for aggravated burglary and child neglect; Patrice Lashon Elder, 36, for assault; Tanique Shekita Harden, 34, for child abuse and resisting arrest; Adrian Cheron Hester, 40, as a fugitive from another state; and David Matthew Marbaugh, 47, for seven counts of theft of property.
