SCRANTON — Multiple District 2 high school teams from the Scranton area will compete in PIAA state playoff games Tuesday in boys volleyball, boys lacrosse, and girls lacrosse following a week off.

Scranton Prep (19-0), the undefeated District 2 Class 2A boys lacrosse champion and No. 1-ranked team in the state per MaxPreps, will host District 3 runner-up Lower Dauphin (18-3), ranked fifth in Class 2A by MaxPreps, at 5 p.m. Braedon McPartland and Will McPartland each have 56 goals for Scranton Prep, while Mackey Lynett has 49 goals, including six in the district championship win over Abington Heights. Freshman Owen McPartland has added 44 goals and 29 assists, and goalies Packy James and James Stallman have recorded 75 and 66 saves, respectively.

Abington Heights (16-4), the District 2 Class 2A boys lacrosse runner-up, travels to face District 4 champion Selinsgrove (14-4) at 6 p.m. The teams met in the season opener, with Abington Heights winning 15-5. Sophomore Chris Bohn leads Abington Heights with 64 goals and 52 assists, supported by Gavin Anders (45 goals, 25 assists), Braghan Pallis (43 goals, 38 assists), Rodman Azar (42 goals, 13 assists), and Gavin Lindsay (41 goals, 25 assists).

In girls lacrosse, Abington Heights—three-time defending District 2 Class 2A champions—faces District 3 runner-up Twin Valley (18-2) at 5 p.m. Morgan Davis, who scored 11 goals in the district final against Crestwood, has tallied 100 goals this season. She is joined by Allie Rothenberger (64 goals, 29 assists), Brooklyn Yankow (53 goals), and Olivia Kim (49 assists). District 2 runner-up Crestwood (18-2) plays at District 4 champion Danville (11-9) at 3 p.m.

On the volleyball court, District 2 Class 3A champion Abington Heights (15-5) hosts District 11 runner-up Whitehall (16-4) at 7 p.m. Nolan Moore leads Abington Heights with 238 kills, followed by Dan Beck (185), Ben Reese (155), and Billy Johnson (152), with Ryan Horutz totaling 645 assists. District 2 Class 2A boys volleyball champion Crestwood (18-2) hosts District 12 bronze medalist Masterman (10-7) at 6 p.m.
